My Name Is ...

Shelley Halpain. I grew up in Los Angeles and now live in Fair Oaks, Ca. with my husband, daughter and array of animals.

I have the honor of being certified by true Faux Masters. I attend classes as I can. This is my business so I am in my studio experimenting and perfecting finishes.

My clients have been wonderful. I’ve had the good fortune to work with fantastic Interior Designers and clients that have made this career so fulfilling.

My goal is to provide my skills and techniques to assist my clients in their artistic pursuits. I work with my clients in a friendly, efficient, professional manner to create authentic, one-of-a-kind finishes.

I use many specialty tools and some not so specialty tools. Through schooling and experience I have learned there are many ways to achieve the look I’m going for.

I use only professional glaze, wax, textures, and anti-fungal products. The Venetian Plaster I use is imported from Italy; it is a true limed based plaster containing marble dust.

My volunteer work includes: The Fair Oaks Fiesta, Children's Miracle Network, American Cancer Society, Fair Oaks Theatre group, Make-a-wish foundation.
